My approach

As a member, I commit myself to the ethical guidelines of the German Systemic Society (SG). My goal is to accompany you on your journey and, through in-depth expertise and creative methods, help you discover new perspectives, develop solutions, and work toward your goals.

Attitude – Quality and Process

The foundation of systemic approaches is a systemic view of humanity, characterized by respect for individual autonomy and appreciation for individuals and systems. Systemic approaches support growth and maturation on both personal and social levels and are considered emancipatory. The fundamental attitude of impartiality reaches its limits where human dignity and human rights are questioned by actions and behavior, and where criminal law is involved. The relevant professional ethical standards are the natural basis for systemic practice.

Clarity, transparency and privacy

Every professional contact is clear and transparent from the outset. This includes informing the client about the content and nature of the service; the qualifications of the provider; the financial conditions; and the obligation to maintain confidentiality and the associated data protection. Furthermore, agreements regarding the duration of the professional relationship, options for termination, and the goals of the collaboration are equally clear and transparent. Furthermore, the necessary measures are taken to protect all information obtained in the context of the professional relationship in such a way that any misuse of the information can be ruled out. This also applies to supervision, publications, continuing education, etc.
